I would expect some explanation why Debian is mostly composed of white dudes. Some diversity would be nice!

This is typical example of toxic "bro" culture that is so prevalent in Linux communities! You do not become another race, just because you paint yourself with colour. It may work with a gender, but not with a race!!!
