Hey guys, Recently I created an internal tool for my team and I that write notes from all of our meetings and save them into a spreadsheet, following the "The Mom Test" book guidelines.

Also it shows you some red flags about stuff that happens during conversations such as fluff, bad questions, etc...

What do you guys think? How do you write and analyze notes today?
