Yes, despite difficulty reproducing results in some fields, it still generally makes sense to trust scientific results. The scientific method is the best thing humanity has for establishing knowledge from empirical data.

Now if you'd prefer to put your faith in religion, or some demagogue, that's fine. And you're free to go eat all the horse paste you want. But overall dismissal of science as "stupid" is just a flat out ridiculous take.
