I read that whole homepage and I'm still not sure what this actually is, or is for?

Not throwing shade here, the headline did make me interested, but maybe I'm just not the target audience at all?

Hey) Thank you for you note. We are targeting projects and developers who are interested in technologically-assured trust, primarily focusing on cryptography verification, but also including areas such as zero-knowledge proofs, blockchain, and more.
