Roblox, Fortnite Creative, Overwatch Workshop, and Minecraft modding says false. Heck, even Paradox Games have a vibrant modding community. Children still yearn for the mines, but they don't need to build their own game engine any more, and the adults have found more efficient ways to exploit them.
