This article is weak for so many reasons (mentioned my others), but I'll just point out this nonsense:

Most films Netflix makes have a budget of over $5M. According to the WGA agreement with the studios writers get paid $175k for those films. Which means you could buy 5 screenplays for $900k. But if you think paying WGA minimums will get you top quality scripts you're in for a surprise.
