Ask HN: Where do researchers hang out?

from the ask-hn dept.

I'm starting to get interest in research and plan to write papers on the future.

Where can I find a forum or a social network where researchers ask questions to each other and interact?

Researchers of what? Surely you don't imagine that everyone who is professionally interested in anything all take part in the same social forum.

Computer Science in general, or more specific to distributed systems, networking, cloud computing.
