At China's most recent Congress they refer to Australia as a Special Administrative Zone. Musk is a mouth piece for China because they create his sustainable revenue and production numbers that allows him to fuel his government created empire of sci-fi fantasies.

It would be good to backup your claim with the exact location of their statement regarding Australia. I could not find it in the link your provided.

You mean, back up my claim by providing you with a link that no longer exists given a government that necessarily creates a shifting sands of information for its citizens and curates its external information? How about a screen shot? That won't work either, huh? Guess we know why they change it now.
