Even lead free solder smoke causes a bunch of ill effects. It's not a smart way to spend a day!

Check out the MSDS for various lead-free solders. They all warn against inhalation. Example: Read section 11 (page 8, toxicology) of https://www.rsd.net/assets/item/1431.pdf
