Not much newsworthy here.
Money flowed into accounts, money flowed out. Binance claims wasn't customer funds. Everyone expresses shock and awe it didn't raise flags, but there's nothing refuting that the usual SAR reports would have been filed and "regulators did not say whether Silvergate or Signature reported the activities in Binance’s accounts".
