Meta does $118B in revenue (2022 numbers). They claim 10% of ad revenue is generated by EU users. So this fine represents around 36 days of ad revenue generated by EU users. GDPR is in force since 5 years. So around 7 days of ad revenue per year lost to this fine (which will be appealed, obviously). I’d see this as cost of doing business with no real impact in Facebook/meta.
