I consume, do and try a lot of things. To actually unlock things then I usually need to go for a run, which is the only time in my life where I’m awake not being distracted every 5 min by something, someone or myself. That seems to be the only time I can think clearly, zoom out enough and start connecting the dots.

That’s for the more thought-through, or, defined ideas. Random ones happen way more frequently, but usually are more high-level and about the what, missing the how part.
