I'm sure those will all be serious problems (or already are problems) but I think they pale in comparison to the potential upsides. This could be the biggest jump in productivity since the industrial revolution.

Managed properly, it could lead to what is essentially a utopia.

I don’t think the way economic and other incentives work are necessarily favorable to an utopia being established.

As long as one country does it properly and lets people immigrate we are ok.
