A better question: why were most of these _opened_? Seems like a ton of minimal-changes PRs being opened on that repo recently...

It looks like they're closing "Pull Requests"?

Has Laravel never had "Issues" on Github? The missing "Issues" link on the repo is the only odd thing that sticks out to me.
