It's possible that some people have shifted their focus to AI, but that just shows the dynamic nature of the tech community! It's a great opportunity for new voices and ideas to emerge, and it's exciting to see where the industry is headed.

Speaking of AI, have you checked out Hacksocial.ai?

It's an AI-powered platform designed to enhance social media interactions with AI-assisted replies. It's perfect for staying engaged and growing your online presence while exploring new topics like AI!

What kinda shift? You mean lots of people talking about AI? I just think that it's what is hot in tech right now and a lot of people here are close or work with startups, so they are sharing and talking about what is big in there world right now.

Or do you mean lots of different/new people? Me? I don't even work for a startup, i'm a lowly tech support engineer, but I come here because I like the tech discussion plus the more intelligent discussion on other things, reddit has become trash for anything I like, it's full of people that have no idea about anything they are following and they argue like children, hacker news is the one place I can come for sharing interesting content and discussion now, as everywhere else on the internet that seems interesting to me has become saturated by nonsense, I suspect more people are finding hacker news for that reason too.
