I am curious as to what sort of coaching business you operate and how much prior specialist experience you had before starting the business.
When you are delivering an intangible as the "product" it is often more effective to charge a substantial rate. The cheap customers, as you have found out, are often unprofitable. Having a small number of high value customers is generally a better business proposition.
