Being the largest party is a serious thing in the UK or US. But the Dutch political system is a bit different. Here it has far less impact.
The largest party in this case is only around 20% of the votes. There are several other political directions that have more votes just split in more than one party. For example the green/left combination also has 20% of the votes and the government combination has 31%.
