You NEED THEM!

They are like your greens. They are good for you. They should be painless an routine.

Do not debate best practices in real time. Note issues, build a case or documented examples OFFLINE, and point out or answer questions in real time.

Be productive by example!

I've found that on some teams they can turn from a valuable way to learn into a "that's not how I would have done it" contest
