When composing an editable comment, you need not include the words you use when speaking to give yourself more time to think about what to say. You can take all the time you want to think and then make your thoughts clear before hitting reply, and you can also edit the comment. I can't fathom why you would waste a reader's time by indicating you had to think for a second before completing your thoughts. Let's see, well, um, could it be a problem with ego? Definitely.
