I live in Madrid, Spain, a zone not prone to any earthquakes and the title startled me quite a bit.

Hmm, yeah now sure what goes into making a “seismic zone” but I guess making a new one for a city would be pretty catastrophic!

It does make me wonder how a brand new seismic zone would form though in an unexpected place like Madrid, Spain.
