Fascinating. I am currently participating in an effort that happens to include heavy 'white supremacy'/racism everywhere verbiage on almost every turn with exception of the actual effort ( which is now the main reason I am sticking to it - the effort itself is worthwhile ).

The expected beneficiaries of this effort likely do not read all the documentation related to it, but I tend to do that and, once you mentioned it, something clicked. The fairly ridiculous write-up on "white supremacy" culture pervading everything was done by, apparently, a white woman. The read itself is fascinating for all the wrong reasons. It is a non-profit. It is backed by some corps. It does put the weird power dynamic in an even weirder light. I do not want to link that write-up as, frankly, I do not want to give it more exposure.
