Hmm fair enough, there's a ton of employees and a variety of reactions, including the mentioned anger. That said I'd stand by those two words being the top two I see at Google right now, especially for long term employees; these are people who have spent years earning hundreds of thousands and never doubting their job security, who are being abruptly awakened to/reminded of the transactional nature of corporate work.

Of course, very anecdotal and personal take. All I have to go off of is my team and the handful of company-wide forums.
