One died of a sudden heart attack, a few seemingly from cocktails of black/grey market health supplements (not steroids). Another close friend his family hid the cause of death so I suspect suicide, despite the fact that he was obsessed with longevity. Another nearly died but didn't from aplastic anemia, unknown cause... was very young and fit.
