It's still unclear to me why people do this. I'm not criticising - it's his and his spouses choice. But then no wonder you don't have time for anything.
(And no wonder the woman is forever dependent on the man which is again their choice. And again, if it blows up in your face 10 or 20 years later, I would find it hard to fake understanding.)
