The video is presented as an investigation, but it's just a rehashing of newspaper headlines from the past two years.

(They mention the port of Bar, but only to say where the sailors are coming from. In fact, there were quite a few substantial drug busts here, so it seems like some part of the drug route.)

Anyway, I expected way more from the video based on its title.
