always have extra funds for getting a new job and always keep improving yourself and stacking up things you can put in your resume so interviews will be a lay up

another risky approach is to stay and try to analyze the business itself, why are we not profitable, what are the xyz steps to get there, what are the thingsi n my control that can let me fulfill this steps. grass is greener where you water it, some risks have great rewards, others dont.
