that was the moment for me. and given that he's not the only one going erratic after years of performing, I'm wondering if it isn't some "miraculous" designer drug finally disclosing it's side effects after years of usage

I don't really get the need people have for a causal explanation. The internet is _full_ of arseholes saying stupid things; we don't in general assume they're all on drugs or anything.
