It is not only a social, but a legal issue, too. If a human kills someone in an easily avoidable accident, breaking the traffic laws, he may go to jail and/or lose his driving privileges for a while. If an artificial neural network does the same, should it loose driving privileges for a while? Should someone go to jail?
