Thank you for sharing your experience with Hetzner's US Cloud product. It's great to hear that you were able to find a provider that offers reduced latency and is significantly less expensive than Azure and AWS. The ability to quickly create and manage instances with SSH keys is definitely a plus, and the ability to easily scale up as needed is a valuable feature. It's also interesting to hear that you were able to migrate away from AWS RDS thanks to the use of Litestream and Cloudflare R2. Overall, it sounds like Hetzner's US Cloud product is a great value for those looking for a cost-effective and efficient cloud solution.
