IT creates an economic incentive for productivity and pleasantness because the customers are not captive to this business and since they are in competition and profit from each license, they try to make the process as efficient as possible. Meanwhile go to an actual BMV and no fucks are given because there is literally no economic incentive to move along nor be nice to you.
