I have noticed the higher amount of T in the Tech Industry. I also noticed that most of the individuals are MtF, and a large percentage are also white.

A conspiracy theorist could weave this into: White men have a hard time getting past HR in the industry that is now bending over backwards to pull in more BIPOC and women, so they just dye their hair, pick some pronouns and land that job.

It's funny how these practices used to be (and in some places lucily still are) considered sexist and racist.
