No need to be politically correct. This is the default dogma across both the 'garden' of the West and the 'less-civilized' world too (almost uniformly across Asia (regardless of their 'honorary' inclusion in the 'civilized' category; Middle East etc.).

The only reason Europeans (and Americans are Europeans), keep up the pretense is only in order to further the universalization of Anglo-American culture.
