I normally get up around 8am, work on https://OnlineOrNot.com for two hours if I feel like it.

If it's an f1 weekend, I watch qualifying, otherwise I go for a hike or a walk around town and generally avoid my computer for the rest of the weekend.

Primarily on workdays, before my main work. Only on weekends if I feel like it. For the the last two years, anyway.
