Weren't GPU manufacturers going out of their way to prevent people from using their GPUs to mine?

They did this for some tiny subset of GPUs, and they achieved this largely by making those GPUs worse for even non mining purposes than the ones they replaced.

They did this only for alibi reasons.

Everyone Noncrypto is a long term customer getting the middle finger from them because they used the opportunity.
