Sure, but darknet markets have a different sort of risk. From what I understand they can still intercept it and charge you for it.

In the US, i think to intercept mail via USPS they must have a warrant, Then they send a postal inspector to deliver it. Don't accept packages of drugs from a postman hand delivering it, and you should be good?

In the USA, "they" can also let it be delivered and then raid your home, shoot your dogs, and hold you at gunpoint for hours.

Anyone can send something to your address without your consent or knowing, just as anyone can send you an email with something illegal.
