For those who CHOOSE to quit in order to find greener pastures, I think it’s fair for a probation period. If they talk the talk, that doesn’t mean they can walk the walk. Our business shouldn’t be punished by someone who is talking out their ass or having an inflated opinion about their ability. We should have the opportunity to verify, over a period of time, they walk the walk.
