Also not a fan. I saw this comment and thought "eh can't be THAT bad", then I clicked on the link.

It is that bad. Ungh. The "flames" at the bottom in particular just bug me personally.

the background has been a point of contention amongst us. it seems to be polarizing, either you like it quite a bit, or not.
