Ask HN: Has anyone built a Spotify controller?

Posted by hyuibg on Tuesday May 31, 2022 @04:53PM
from the ask-hn dept.

I currently have speakers hooked up to an Echo Dot which I control via Spotify Connect from my phone/laptop etc.

It’s fine but I was wondering if anyone has ever set up a ‘permanent’ Spotify controller (eg a tablet set up only to Spotify or similar), rather than always using a multi-app device like a phone to control music?

Yup. I have seen my friend has permanently controller connected with soundbar than XBOX and controlling the spotify through the XBOX.Here is the full guide https://audiospeaks.com/speakers/soundbar/
