I have no idea of what you are talking about. Likely your are using a rather old version of web client. Email me [email protected], I'll schedule you a demo of our latest stuff.

(We're currently not considering everything ready for public release, thus apps available to public lag from what we ship to our customers and use ourselves)

It is a three years old version that uses stock ejabberd 2019 version. It is far behind our current state of the art. We plan to update it with the next server release, but we have only four hands each so it'll take us a while.
