And medical privacy would prevent any sort of public inquiry.
Best case scenario would be a large lump sum payment to a committee of lawyers charged with monitoring the well being of the children.
I don’t think charging the individuals and institutions that let this happen with “making it right” is a good idea.
This crazy doctor should never be allowed to see these parents and kids again.
