Samsung flagship phones are excellent, their customer service is attentive, and the devices aren't assembled in China.

I admit that Bixby is a ridiculous barnacle whose eradication would improve the product.

Their hardware is excellent. The stock S21 Ultra and A32, A42 and A52 software is garbage.
