Ohio passed a law to prevent trans folks from changing their legal gender; a federal court has struck this down, but I'm not sure where that stands.

They also have laws that allow medical providers to refuse treatment to LGBTQ.

Why would a mentally disordered person be allowed to dictate his own treatment? That is ludicrous.
