What's the alternative? You are a business owner as well! Would you staff your company with people you trust, with people you worked with, with people who proved their expertise? Is that not the number one choice a business owner would go with?

I staff my company only with people whom I distrust, but whom I know I can defeat in hand-to-hand combat. At first it seems like a bad work environment, but the beatings continue until morale improves.
