That was actually my reason for wanting to go back to school. I wanted to be able to ask questions in case I got stuck learning math. I ended up with horrible math professors (each with 10+ years of experience) and had to teach myself discrete math, linear algebra, and differential equations.

I hope you will have better luck with professors than I, but in hindsight, I would have been far better off financially and emotionally if I hired a private tutor when needed instead of paying tuition.
