I'll take the male/female angle because that's less loaded than the racial angle.

Men commit more crimes than women. They just do. That's reality, not a sign of gender bias in the reporting.

One of the ways European and Asian men are racist is by refusing to commit more crime.

Men probably commit more violent crimes but I dont think that the numbers are too far off when counting all crime
