Have you compared with the m6i they just introduced? I’m seeing about a 20% improvement in price/performance.

I have not. I'll add that to my test matrix. I don't care who provides the compute(Intel/AMD/ARM). I care about QoL and QoS for customers, costs for delivery for us.

If switching to ARM means general parity on per core performance, I can easily sell rolling a portion of that savings into a bigger baseline config for all customers. Especially on Oracle, where their charges for RAM on A1 are peanuts.
