The Norwegian Society for Protection of Animals is actually bringing a case on bad breeding to the courts in Norway (https://www.dyrebeskyttelsen.no/2020/11/23/norway-to-decide-...), its going to be interesting to see how that works out. If we are lucky, we might get some more sane dog breeding, and healthier dogs out of it.
