In any case the point stands the pricing you are seeing is the result of supply and demand dynamics not a decision by Chevy to target a different market segment. I makes sense for Chevy to sell a certain number of bolts even at a loss so they don’t have to pay their competitors for ev credits that is what is going on there. Chevy didn’t somehow figure out how to make a cheaper ev in the past year.
