Children don't suffer from it, statistically. That's why the vaccines were not tested on them earlier.

Incorrect. The CDC numbers are a few clicks away so there is no excuse for ignorance here.

It's well known most people judge risk emotionally rather that rationally. We still need to get out of bed in the morning however.
