You are correct... it is unfortunate that if you are born in the wrong place to wrong parents you get treated that way...
It's also sad that people praise the CCP like the OP here...
Also, nothing stopping CCP from doing the same to han/everyone else as well... mao zedong's stupid policies come to mind...
